ICT
At Rosemead we are aware of the changing needs in ICT in the world around us and we aim to prepare the children for their future in the digital age. Rosemead provides a fully integrated ICT Curriculum, and all the children receive specialist ICT teaching from nursery to year 6.
To this end, we have two ICT suites as well as a wireless network in the school. We have a range of equipment to enhance ICT learning, including digital cameras, camcorders and digital microscopes. We also have a variety of robots, from early years Beebot, Pixie in Key Stage 1 and Pip in Key Stage 2. There are opportunities for extra-curricular activities to explore ICT further and our 'Art Though ICT' club has produced its own podcasts.
