Tray Sale
6 May 2009 7:19PM
Here's a reminder for everyone about the tray sale tomorrow at TPR. This tray sale has been organised as part of 'Maths Week'. The children are asked to bring in a tray holding small items, such as small games or toys. The items should be labelled to show their prices. The children are also asked to bring a maximum of £2 in small change to spend.
We are looking forward to a great morning of using maths to buy and sell a whole host of super items!

Re: Incidence of Influenza A type H1NI (swine flu) in Year 7 at Alleyn’s School.
At Rosemead Preparatory School, it's 'business as usual. All children and adults from our school who are connected with Alleyn's but have not presented any H1N1 symptoms, have been invited to return to school. We are obviously delighted that the HPA has given Rosemead the 'all clear'.
We will keep you posted via the website if there is a change in the situation.
For your information, we will also leave the HPA guidelines on the website.
Thank you for your co-operation.
The HPA influenza guidelines:
Individuals returning from affected areas who become unwell within 7 days of their return, or contacts of a confirmed or probable case of swine flu who are exhibiting symptoms should stay at home and contact their GP or NHS Direct on 0845 4647.
What are the symptoms of swine influenza?
The symptoms of swine influenza in people are similar to the symptoms of regular human seasonal influenza infection and include fever, fatigue, lack of appetite, coughing and sore throat. Some people with swine flu have also reported vomiting and diarrheoa.
