Children's Christmas Raffle
The RSA is organising a children's raffle, to be drawn at the Christmas Tree Sale on 12th December. Do you have anything suitable you could donate as a prize?
We're looking for (new) toys, books, games, gift vouchers etc.
Perhaps something that was an unwanted present? Or do you know anyone who runs a shop or business that might be able to donate something?
Please bring any donations into either school office, marked FAO Emma Jones. Any queries, please contact Emma on ec_jones@yahoo.co.uk or
T: 07967 325782.
Many thanks.

Swimming Squad News

ISA Swimming Gala
Rosemead’s swimming team headed off to Swanley on Saturday, for their first swimming gala of the new year. Some of the squad were attending their first gala, but everyone was excited and a little nervous. The pool was bigger than normal (it was 33m), and we all felt much more confident after the warm-up.
The first race couldn’t have been closer, with Freddie’s awesome backstroke, and he only just missed out on 1st place by a fraction of a second. During the rest of the gala – which were both individual and relay races – the team did very, very well. Everyone tried their hardest, and I think it was one of the best qualifying galas that Rosemead has ever had – with many of the team qualifying for the national finals in Coventry next month. Well done to Megan, Polly, Rosamond, Grace, Maddie, Flora, Rebecca, Isobel, Jack, Cameron, Julius, Freddie, Josh, Billy, and Elliot.
Thanks to Mrs. Pearson for managing the team and cheering us on.

RSA News - Cake Sale with Music and Dance
12 Oct 2009 5:37PM
This afternoon we have been treated to a cake sale with a difference. Our cake sale focus was that of celebrating 'Black History Month'.
We must thank Mrs. McClymont, who had organised some wonderful music and dance for all to enjoy at both EC and TPR, while they bought their delicious cakes. Many thanks to Mrs. McClymont for doing this.
Thanks also to the RSA for working with the House Captains and their helpers, to ensure that the cake sale ran smoothly - as ever.
We got some super shots, which tried to capture the sense of the event but, sadly, if you were not there, you really did miss out.
Once again, thanks to everyone involved - including you if you sent in some of those delicious cakes!
