Legging it for Leukaemia

In September, 2007, the whole school had a wonderful day raising money for CCLG - the Children's Cancer and Leukaemia Group. So far, we have raised in the region of £30,000 through this event, which was held at Dulwich Sports Club. Thank you to everyone involved in what was a marvellous day, with a very successful outcome.

Shopping Online

All you need to know… About how to raise money for Rosemead without lifting a finger

Not a penny more… We're not trying to get you to dig further into your pockets, simply asking you to raise money for Rosemead while you shop. The Amazon and Parent Pages links are ideal for this – you’re buying things you would buy anyway from the retailers you would use anyway, but the school benefits.

Spread the word… Ask friends and colleagues if they will use the links from Rosemead's website for their online shopping: it doesn't cost anything and won't take any time.

It adds up… In the 2006-2007 school year we received commission of £900 in cash; generated credits with School Link and Brightminds worth over £1,500 for Rosemead, and were able to buy £2,000 worth of sports equipment with the Sainsbury's & Tesco vouchers you collected. That’s almost £5,000 in total!.

We hope that the school will benefit more each year as parents become used to ordering from these schemes. Here's how you can help…

Sainsbury's Active Kids Is Back Sainsbury's Active Kids Vouchers 2008

Sainsbury’s Active Kids scheme is back and runs until early June. Help us beat last year's total!

The vouchers are piling up but please keep them coming. (And if you can staple them into bundles of 10x1 or 10x5 it really helps those counting!).

In 2007, you collected a staggering 48,000 vouchers, which bought equipment worth over £2,000, including all the table tennis equipment that made the new table tennis club possible. Miss King and Mr Harrison were over the moon, to borrow a sporting cliché.

At Elmcourt, please hand the vouchers in to the. Years 2 to 6 should hand their Sainsbury's vouchers to their class teacher because Mr Harrison is repeating last year's successful class competition.
